  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the website for commercial use without our permission.

3. 🧾 Product Information
 

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but colors and textures may appear differently due to screen settings or lighting.

  • All personalised items are made to order and may vary slightly from product photos.
     

4. 📦 Orders & Fulfillment
 

  • Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.

  • Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Keepsake Quilts may require 2–3 weeks.

  • Shipping is currently available across the USA with flat-rate charges.

  • Once shipped, BeejZap is not liable for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
     

5. ❌ Order Cancellations
 

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Please review your customisations carefully before checking out.

  • If you need to change an order urgently, email us within 24 hours at beejzap@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
     

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds
 

  • Only non-personalised items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Personalised items, including Keepsake Quilts, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Data Use
 

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.
 

8. 🧾 Payments
 

We accept all major debit/credit cards via secure third-party processors. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You’re authorised to use the payment method.

  • You’ve provided accurate billing and contact details.
     

9. 🎁 Bulk & Wholesale Gifting
 

For wholesale or corporate gifting, please contact us directly at beejzap@gmail.com. Separate terms may apply to such orders.
